We are the controller of the personal data described below. For any privacy question, write to hello@prtnrs.agency.
When you send a brief or a question through the form on this site, we receive:
When you write to us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
When you visit the site, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. Our hosting provider may keep this data in short-lived server logs for security. We do not use analytics or tracking tools.

Your data is seen only by the PRTNRS partners who handle your request. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
Some of these providers are located outside Armenia, in the United States and Russia. Where data is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
We keep enquiries for 12 months after our last contact, unless we start a project together, in which case we keep project correspondence for as long as the law requires for contract and accounting records. Then we delete it.
You can ask us to:
Write to hello@prtnrs.agency. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia or, if you live in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
This site does not set its own cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this section and ask for your consent first.
We protect your data with access limited to the people who need it, encrypted connections and two-factor authentication on our accounts. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to keep the risk low.
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
